The Hygiene & Customization Rule: Due to the custom, profile-matched nature of our equipment drops and health and safety standards surrounding steel-tip darts hardware, we operate a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy on all boxes once the outer product seals are broken or unboxing occurs.Defective Gear: In the highly unlikely event that an item arrives physically damaged or mechanically defective from the manufacturer, you must contact info@theoche.club within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Defective items will be replaced with identical or higher-spec equivalents immediately at zero cost to the player.
